BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT, ITV Show.....

“Britain’s Got Talent”; rotten and corrupt.

 Every competitor entering to compete in that show ought to have an ‘equal chance’ to win.

Judged only upon their individual skill and talent; and, not unfairly influenced by any other emotive or other factors employed, in order to win.

But, in this year’s BGT, it was those other emotive factors, that, wholly and unfairly, produced the actual winner of that show.

RICHARD JONES throughout the heats of BGT performed some great magic tricks; as a civilian and dressed in civilian clothes; but, so determined was he to win in the final, he sought to use an ‘emotive’ advantage over all other competitors in this competition; By, wearing his army uniform, and, wrapping himself in the, "UNION JACK". Proudly boasting and flaunting, his Army uniform, his Army career, his regiment, ‘King and Country’ and, ‘Patriotism’, in order to influence the voting viewers to select him as the winner of the show.

It was wholly disgusting to see. It was just as the same tactics employed by the ‘drug takers’ in the world of sport. Cheating to gain an advantage, to win. Yet the TV 'viewers' fell for it hook line and sinker; and they voted him the winner of that competition..

To wrap oneself in the "Union Jack" in order just to defeat two beautiful young girl highly talented singers, BEAU DERMOT and JASMINE ELCOCK, who both had demonstrated talent just as equal as himself, and, both deserving to win; and, who had not employed any other 'emotive' factors at all in their performances. Absolutely verified, my absolute contempt, for him.

BEAU DERMOT had been rightfully rewarded the "GOLDEN BUZZER" for her first performance which was superb; providing her with immediate entrance to the semi-final; and, she also was declared to be the winner of that semi-final, as well. Her vocals and her presentation of the songs were impeccable and her timing and control was amazing; every note she sang was perfectly in tune. But, what chance did she have?

Competing with a "UNION JACK" and those other 'emotive features' RICHARD JONES employed, in that show?

A corrupt Member of Parliament......

Ian Duncan Smith

Today demonstrated what a terrible politician that he is.

A typical ‘Union Jack’ waver dreaming of the days of Empire,

Who is in politics, merely to rule, dominate and dictate.

He is the typical reason, why, WE, the ‘common British people’, continually are forced to endure; the “Totalitarian Parliament”, we have to tolerate now.

Pay heed to what ‘Duncan Smith’ said today, in an interview on

SKY NEWS:

 

“When the people elect their Member of Parliament in General Elections they give that Member of Parliament the right and power to govern on their behalf”

How revealing this is; and, how terribly, how wickedly, wrong.

 

When we elect a Member of Parliament in General Elections;

We ‘elect’ them to REPRESENT US; we do not give them permission to ‘govern us’ at all.

It is solely because Members of Parliament think like “Ian Duncan Smith’ and, act like him accordingly, that we do not have a, DEMOCRACY at all; but, now have a, “TOTALITARIAN REGIME”.

BANK OF ENGLAND 'MARK CARNEY' DECLARES THAT LEAVING THE E. U. "COULD LOWER THE VALUE OF THE POUND.

IT IS NOT A QUESTION OF "COULD”?

IT'S AN ABSOLUTE "CERTAINTY"

BREXIT campaigners continually assert that, if we leave the E.U., "Fresh Trade Agreements" can easily and speedily be set up with the, United States, China, the far east, and all those countries where  Britain is trading with now.

BUT, those alternative and, “Replacement Trades Agreements", are not already in place now. Nor will they be, when and if the British people decide to leave the E.U.

Thus, if the British do leave the E.U.; these 'replacement' "Trades Agreements" will not be in place at all. Therefore, there can be no, "CERTAINTY", that they ever will be; or, that they will ever be set up and put in place; SPEEDILY.

THIS WILL UNDOUBTEDLY CREATE, "UNCERTAINTY"

BECAUSE, THERE IS NO ONE TODAY; WHO CAN ACTUALLY PREDICT; WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING TO HAPPEN, IF BRITAIN LEAVES THE E.U.

MONEY MARKETS DO NOT LIKE, "UNCERTAINTY"

Therefore, this, "UNCERTAINTY" will cause the '£' to 'DROP like a stone' to the floor.
Causing a massive upheaval of the money markets and plunging the country into RECESSION straight away.

UNTIL, NEW TRADE AGREEMENTS ARE IN PLACE, AND, UNTIL, THEY HAVE BEEN FULLY ESTABLISHED, THAT THEY ARE WORKING CORRECTLY AND SMOOTHLY,

UNEMPLOYMENT WILL SOAR LIKE A ROCKET. Manufacturers and producers of product having 'lost' their usual E.U. markets; and, having no new or fresh replacement markets - for their product - that they can rely upon; will be firing and getting rid of their 'work force' in droves; and, many of them, will go out of business.

BREXIT CANNOT "GUARANTEE" THAT THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN.

BUT, ABSOLUTELY ARROGANTLY, BREXIT, IS PREPARED TO TAKE THAT RISK.

INVEST just £1 - to try to create a true, DEMOCRACY...

Invest just £1,

for chance to get equal share of,

£60 Million Pounds.

Sick and tired of living in a totalitarian regime that becomes more totalitarian every day; I have now resolved to do something very drastic about it. I want to try to create a 'TRUE DEMOCRACY'. And, I invite 'one million British adults' to join with me in this endeavour; and secure the chance of getting huge financial reward, for doing so.

The scheme that I have come up with ensures that there is the very strong possibility that for a mere investment of £1; every investor will stand a very good chance of getting around about an equal share of £60 Million Pounds, in return. Believe me, there is a better chance of this project succeeding, than the 'chance to win' the National Lottery. Because, 'winning the lottery' depends entirely on 'chance' but, my scheme is wholly supported by, "Precedent of Law."

Therefore, if one million adults pay £1 each to me or the ‘Trust Fund’ that I will set up; I will then have £1Million Pounds to pay for the access to " LAW" that I need.

I will then pay this entire £1Million Pounds to the most expert British or American lawyer, or Barrister; who will then follow my instructions to the letter, and, carry out, the two phases of the project that I require.

PHASE 1
Challenge the entire British Judiciary to, yet again verify, in this modern world of today, that the centuries old established 'ruling' of the Judiciary that no one can challenge parliament in the courts, because, "Article 9" of the "Bill of Rights 1689" denies, all right of challenge, even today.

We want the Judiciary to assert and claim that this centuries old "Article 9" ruling, is still legally valid today.

Because I, and, our paid lawyer, are then going to contest that ruling, by proving that the Judiciary has purposely or foolishly  failed to read and interpret the "Bill of Rights 1689" correctly; because, they have failed to notice, that another paragraph, within that very same Bill, actually, overrules "Article 9"; whenever parliament, "Prejudice the People".

This paragraph, "The Said Rights Claimed" specifically instructs parliament in two ways:

(A), Firstly, it instructs parliament that it has the 'authority over' all the "Premises" of the Bill, This means 'everything' written in the Bill.

(B), Secondly, it instructs parliament, that when parliament applies or 'enacts' any of the "Premises" of the Bill; that, nothing, “Ought Prejudice the People"

Our paid lawyer must then challenge the Judiciary to rule that the paragraph: "The Said Rights Claimed", actually, does overrule "Article 9", whenever parliament does, "Prejudice the People".

The Judiciary will have no alternative but to comply; because, this is fully established, as the 'precedent of law', set out in the "Bill of Rights 1689"
The first phase is now completed.

PHASE 2
Having now established, in law, that the political party WHIPS in parliament are now unlawful and illegal flouting and breaching the 'precedent of law' as determined by "The Said Rights Claimed"; because, when the WHIPS instruct elected Members of Parliament on how they should or must vote; they actually do "Prejudice the People"; because, they overrule and supplant all 'rightful influence' that might have been place upon that Member of Parliament, by the Constituents. And, now, having established this in law; 'Phase Two' can now proceed as follows:

I WILL SUE PARLIAMENT FOR DENYING MY ACCESS TO DEMOCRACY; And, I will claim compensation, based upon the criterion, of suing for £1Million Pounds for each year of my adult life, this, "DEMOCRACY", has been denied.

I am now 88 years of age; assuming that I officially became an adult at the age of 18 years of age; this means that I have been denied my access to "DEMOCRACY" for a total of 70 years.

So the extent of my claim for compensation, against the British Parliament, is, £70 MILLION POUNDS.

In the event, and, If the lawyer is 'worth his salt' and his claim of 'legal expertise' stand up; and, if this challenge to both Judiciary and Parliament is successful; this, 70 MILLION POUNDS, will be distributed as follows:

I want 10% = £7 Million Pounds/ half to be paid to the lawyer that made it all possible.
£60 MILLION POUNDS the remainder, to be equally divided between all those that invested £1.

A WILD AND CRAZY SCHEME YES!
BUT IT COULD BE SUCCESSFUL; BECAUSE, IT IS ACTUALLY SUPPORTED BY "PRECEDENT OF LAW"

Think carefully about it, read carefully every word above, then let me have your intention to invest, just, this mere, £1. When I receive confirmation from one million people, I will arrange where the money is to be paid.

Note: Parliament and the Judiciary need have no fear of anyone else pursuing claims 'jumping on the bandwagon' of my claim. Because the Courts will be able to fully justify non-payment of any claim, because those claiming, have not shown any interest at all in the 'denial of their access to DEMOCRACY, before. They, now only, 'jump on the bandwagon', of Mr Sheppard's claims.

Why is "DEMOCRACY" worth the claim of "One Million Pounds"?

DEMOCRACY is the most precious thing for all Humankind. Both Great Britain and the United States are fully prepared to go to, and wage, WAR, to establish DEMOCRACY in other lands, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, and now Syria, as well. That's how much they value, DEMOCRACY. That, is the very proof of how valuable it is. Yet, my wholly undemocratic corrupt parliament, has denied my access to, DEMOCRACY, for more than 70 years.

The British People should ask themselves, why is it, that all political 'Brexit' campaigners are so hell bent on leaving the E.U.?

It is really, because, they want absolute total domination and control of our lives. They are always asserting that they want to leave the E.U. in order to be in control of making our own laws. They, wholly loathe and detest the very idea of the European Human Rights Court and the European Human Rights Act, that provides us, “The British People”, with some 'protection of law'. Yet, Monarchy, Parliament, Government, Judiciary, and Politician, provides us with no 'protection of law' at all.

We, British, have no Written Constitution' or, 'Bill of Rights', or, 'Supreme Court of Law' where we can test, question, or challenge the 'abuses' and the 'prejudice' of parliament from within law. Furthermore,

 The 'Reigning Monarch' sits on the English throne enjoying all the privileges of 'Constitutional Monarchy' and being charged with the responsibility and duty of honouring the "Original Contract", requiring the 'protection' of the Crown's Subjects; but, she, likewise, provides no 'protection of law' at all. 

 It is therefore absolute folly to even think about leaving the E.U.; and ending up, having, 'No protection of law', whatsoever.

 

NOTE: We, "The British People", do not create our Laws and Bills created and passed by Parliament today. The political parties do. We have no participation at all. The political parties and their WHIPS in parliament today create and pass 'LAWS' and 'BILLS' in exactly the same way as, ADOLF HITLER, did; in NAZI Germany.
 When, HITLER, created his own, NAZI PARTY, LAWS.

Hence, Britain is not a, DEMOCRACY.

Today, it is virtually the, TOTALITARIAN REGIME.

BIRTHDAYS....

Birthdays...

 

Everyone celebrates birthdays; but very few properly understand what 'birthdays' truly signify and what they really should be about.

 

The irrefutable right of the, DIGNITY, of all Humankind.

 

Birthdays should always remind all Humankind of the DIGNITY, that they should always have, and, that they should always assert and protect; in the truth and reality of the right to their own existence on planet earth.

 

HUMANKIND are not slaves or, "Subjects of the Crown"; they are,

 

 FREEBORN CITIZENS OF PLANET EARTH;

  They are held in 'subjugation', to none.

 

Humankind are wholly unique, wholly irreplaceable; and, they have but one 'life' and that 'one life' is their own. No government, Judiciary, MONARCHY, or any institution, has the right to 'own' HUMANKIND. They, are always in control of their own life and 'destiny'; from the very first second, that they are compulsively thrust from the womb.

 

None of HUMANKIND chose of their own volition to be born; each was created by others and, at the appointed hour of time, in an act of compulsion, they are ejected from the womb; doomed to live a 'life', until they die.

 

This truth and reality provides for all HUMANKIND all the rights they need.

Governments, MONARCHY, Institutions and Judiciary, do not "Give us our Rights". All 'rights' are ours, from the very instant of our birth. They, are the NATURAL LAWS, inherent in our Genes.

 

Each of Humankind born to planet earth in this way; has the irrefutable rights, inherent in their Genes, to Individual self-determination; self-expression; FREE SPEECH; the right of, DISCRIMINATION; the, right to survival; and, the right to die.

Humankind has the irrefutable right to, DISCRIMINATE, for or against, any damned thing they choose. No, corrupt or contrived so-called, "Man-made Law", has the right to overrule or supplant the, Natural Law, inherent in the Gene.

This is what BIRTHDAYS should always be about. They, must remind Humankind on exactly who and what they are; and, the, Dignity, that they are always entitled to.

WHEN HUMANKIND LOSES THIS DIGNITY; OR, IS HELD TO, OR, SUBJECTED TO, 'SUBJUGATION'; THIS HERALDS AND PAVES THE WAY, TO THE TOTALITARIAN REGIME.

“Ah! But what of “LAW”? I can hear the corrupt and the politician say? If, Humankind exercises this ‘right’ completely, surely this will result in anarchy?

Well, here is the answer:

Humankind gives voluntary consent to live by the “Rule of Law” on the understanding that ‘LAW’ conforms to the criterion and the principles of, Truth, Freedom, Justice, Intelligence, Logic, and Rationale. And, in consenting to abide by ‘LAW’, all giving of this consent, are entitled to three specific things:

1.     The right to participate in the creation and framing of ‘LAW’.

2.     The right to ‘equality’ within ‘LAW'.

3.     The right to the ‘protection’ of ‘LAW’.

Sadly, in Great Britain today, all three of these ‘rights’ are being denied.

The British today, have no protection of ‘LAW’ whatsoever.

 

A.     There is no ‘Written Constitution”.

B.     There is no “Bill of Rights”

C.     There is no “Supreme Court of Law” where it is possible for the ‘People’ to test, question, or challenge the ‘abuses’ and the ‘prejudice’ of parliament; from within, ‘LAW’.
