BREXIT IS UNLAWFUL - ATTENTION LEADERS OF INDUSTRY

BREXIT – Attention of all, UK and Irish, “Leaders of Industry”.

You can continue as you are now, being seriously concerned over a BREXIT “No Deal” situation likely to come about; but, taking no ‘action’ at all;

 

Or, you can end the worry of ‘uncertainty’ right now. Just finance my access to LAW and my legal representation; in order that I can challenge the legal veracity of the triggering of “ARTICLE 50”; in the “Supreme Court”.

 

“ARTICLE 50” was passed in parliament in a “Whipped Vote”; and, “Whipped Votes” in parliament, has no LEGALITY at all.

 

I can present a true ‘prima facie’ case to the “Supreme Court”; that is fully supported by ‘precedent of law’; that will establish the illegality.

 

1. The WHIPS are not entrenched in LAW.
2. The WHIPS are merely a ‘private arrangement’ between the Political Parties.
3. There is no legal document existing in the entire ‘National Archives’ of Great Britain that will verify the ‘legality’ of the ‘WHIPS’ Political Party activity in Parliament.
4. When the WHIPS instruct elected Members of Parliament on how they should or must vote; this overrules and supplants all ‘rightful influence’ that might have been placed by the Constituents. (It should be noted that the ‘Constituents’ elected those ‘Members of Parliament’ in the first place). Therefore, when the ‘WHIPS’ do this; they, “PREJUDICE THE PEOPLE”.
5. Yet, that is specifically proscribed, by the ‘protection of the people’ provided by the, “STATUTE IN FORCE/BILL OF RIGHTS 1689/THE SAID RIGHTS CLAIMED”.
6. This paragraph within the “Bill of Rights” known as, “THE SAID RIGHTS CLAIMED”, specifically instructs parliament that parliament may ‘enact’ or ‘apply’ any of the “PREMISES” of the Bill; (everything written in the Bill); but only upon the condition that nothing, “OUGHT PREJUDICE THE PEOPLE”
7. The political party WHIPS in parliament do “Prejudice the People”, therefore and in consequence, the ‘WHIPS’ in parliament; has no LEGALITY at all.
8. “ARTICLE 50” Triggered and passed by parliament under a “Whipped Vote”; must then be wholly, UNLAWFUL.

In which circumstance,

BREXIT, HAS NO LEGALITY AT ALL.
