BREXIT – “REMAINERS LEGAL CHALLENGE FUND”

 

URGENT NOTE TO ALL 16 MILLION WHO VOTED TO REMAIN. EVEN AT THIS VERY LATE STAGE, VIRTUALLY AT THE MOMENT, ‘THERESA MAY’ IS INTENT ON LEAVING THE E.U. ON THE 29^TH MARCH; ALL IS NOT LOST,

 

ALL 16 MILLION ‘REMAINERS’ CAN STILL WIN THE DAY. ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS TO CONTRIBUTE THE PALTRY SUM OF ‘£1.00’ EACH, TO PAY INTO A “REMAINERS LEGAL CHALLENGE FUND”, TO PAY FOR THE LEGAL REPRESENTATION REQUIRED.

 

WE, are going to challenge the LEGALITY of the “EU (Withdrawal) ‘Article 50’ Bill” in the “SUPREME COURT”. This Bill was passed in parliament ‘under the influence and domination of the political party WHIPS; and the WHIPS in parliament has no ‘legality’ at all.

 

WE have a prima facie case and, all the necessary ‘evidence’ to challenge the JUDICIARY to uphold our claim. Therefore, eventually, when the “SUPREME COURT” rules that the WHIPS in parliament are, UNLAWFUL. (And, the JUDICIARY will have no other alternative available at all to refute the claim), the “Triggering of Article 50 Bill” by parliament, must be abolished.

 

Two years work, ‘negotiating the withdrawal from the EU’, will all have been wasted. “Article 50” having no legality, must be cast aside.

Thereby, Britain will have to REMAIN IN THE E.U. FOR ALL THE FORSEEABLE FUTURE; until a new referendum is set up by parliament again. But, this time, if a new referendum is set up; unlike last time; all ‘advantages’ and ‘DISADVANTAGES’ WILL HAVE TO BE PUBLISHED IN FULL; before a single vote is cast.
