I AM NOT GAY.
BUT I SUPPORT IMPLICITLY THE PARDONING OF EVERY GAY PERSON WHO WAS CONVICTED FOR HOMOSEXUAL OFFENCES UNDER PREVIOUS 'UNLAWFUL' AND 'UNJUST' LAW.
It is interesting to note; That, the SKY NEWS male presenter who was interviewing PETER TATCHELL about this; made this comment:
"When these people committed these offences surely they knew that they were breaking the law".
And, this, is the very crux of the matter; that, practically no one in the country has yet properly understood.
What is at stake here, is the, "LAW".
"LAW" today in Great Britain, is looked upon by the 'elite' and the 'establishment' of Monarchy, Judiciary, Government, and, Parliament; and, the police; as being something that only the 'common people’ must obey. Whilst, they, all of them, flout and breach, "LAW", all of the time.
Very few in the country have any true concept as to what "LAW" is, and, what it is supposed to be about.
So, when the SKY NEWS presenter asserts that, "Surely these people knew that they were breaking the law"; the crux of the matter depends on the 'true validity' of the "LAW" under which these people were charged and convicted.
Firstly, let’s properly establish what, "LAW", is.
This is best described by an ex Lord Chancellor of England, LORD HAILSHAM, who whenever he was asked, What is Law? Would always reply saying this:
"Law is a myth without the consent of the people there is no law".
Thus, and, therefore, "LAW" is naught but 'The People's' voluntary consent to live by the "Rule of Law". And, all those, that voluntarily give this consent; thereby, they are entitled to three specific things:
A. They are entitled to participate in the creation and framing of "LAW".
B. They are entitled to the protection of "LAW".
C. They are entitled to 'equality' within "LAW".
Secondly, it is necessary to establish the difference between:
1. 'Man made Law', and,
2. 'Natural Law', as, inherent in the Gene.
Now, in respect to, true and just, "LAW";
No "LAW" can be true and just if it is created and passed by Parliament entirely under the domination and control of 'elected' Parliament, where that 'domination and control', is enforced within Parliament by the political party WHIPS; who actually instruct those 'elected' Members of Parliament; on how they should vote.
Because, instructing, 'elected' Members of Parliament on how they should vote; actually brings about, the 'prejudice of the people'. And, this is wholly proscribed by the 'precedent' of, "LAW", set out in the, "Statute in Force/Bill if Rights 1689/"The Said Rights Claimed".
Now, in respect to, “Natural Law";
The wicked homophobic law that made it an offence for consenting adults to participate in homosexual acts; was corrupt law. It was the draconian act of a corrupt totalitarian state in total contravention of, NATURAL LAW. The 'right', inherent in the Gene.
Homosexuality is, 'Natural Law', for all Human beings that have the 'natural' sexual inclination, to participate in homosexual acts with consenting adults.
No 'Man made Law' has the right to intervene or determine otherwise.
Therefore, the "LAW"; that, unjustly and corruptly, made criminals of, ALAN TURIN, and all these thousands of people, who were convicted of exercising their 'natural' homosexuality; (before, the law was changed, to permit such activity between consenting adults);
