JEREMY CORBYN and, sheer, HYPOCRISY…..

 

More than 250,000 people voted for JEREMY CORBYN to lead the Labour Party expecting him to ’lead'. In this respect, so far, he has been a great disappointment; but, now he displays in stark vivid evidence, the true 'hypocrite' that he is.

HE, PERSONALLY, HAS REFUSED TO COMPLY WITH THE LABOUR PARTY 'WHIP' INSTRUCTIONS ON AT LEAST FIFTY OCCASIONS; all widely reported in both press and Media; so here, he has demonstrated his own right, to exercise his own 'freedom' to vote in Parliament according to his own conscience and, any influence that might have been placed upon him, by his constituents.

Yet, today, HE HAS IMPOSED a THREE LINE WHIP, upon all LABOUR PARTY MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT; instructing them and forcing them to vote 'for' the Bill, just introduced to parliament for the triggering of "ARTICLE 50"; in order to begin the process of withdrawing from the E.U.

HE HAS CHOSEN NOT TO COMPLY WITH THE 'WHIPS' INSTRUCTIONS ON AT LEAST 50 TIMES; YET HERE TODAY, HE IMPOSES A THREE LINE WHIP, UPON EVERY LABOUR PARTY MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT.

He has elected the 'right to choose' not to comply with the WHIPS frequently; but, now he denies, my right, and, the right of every LABOUR MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT, to do exactly the same.

The height of crass, HYPOCRISY.

This is the most disgraceful abuse of power; and, the very abuse of parliamentary privilege, afforded to parliament by "Article 9" of the "Bill of Rights 1689".

Every Member of Parliament has the duty, to protect the 'constituents' that elected them in the first place. They must or should, all be aware, that the BRITISH PEOPLE, actually, have no 'protection' of 'LAW' - There is no "Written Constitution", "Bill of Rights", or, "Supreme Court of Law" where it is possible to test question or challenge the 'abuse' of parliament from within "LAW".

Furthermore, they must all be aware, that the 'Reigning Monarch' even though charged with the responsibility and duty to honour the "Original Contract" requiring the protection of the people; actually, fails to provide that protection.

So, every Member of Parliament, MUST BE AWARE; that, WE, the 'common people' have no protection of 'LAW' whatsoever. We can only rely on the protection of our 'elected' Member of Parliament.

THERESA MAY addresses the U.S. Congress revealing what a lying treacherous bitch she is. Preening herself before the TV cameras and the exalted audience present, during her speech she said this,

"The Cities of Europe and the Baltic are now free entirely due to the efforts of Great Britain and the United States in World War Two" –

The treacherous cow not even mentioning RUSSIA and the millions of Russians that died fighting the NAZI GERMAN MILITARY all the way from MOSCOW to BERLIN. If it had not been for the Russians and this brave gallant contribution; WORLD WAR TWO could never have been won.

When America and Great Britain assert that they won this war; that is one fucking great lie.

IT WAS RUSSIA AND THE TERRIBLE ‘SACRIFICE’ OF THE RUSSIAN PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY BROUGHT ABOUT THE ‘WINNING’ OF THAT WAR.

And, I for one, will always recognise and be grateful for what RUSSIA did. RUSSIA is not my enemy; RUSSIA will always be my friend.

CORRUPT BRITISH AND AMERICAN POLITICIANS READILY ASSERT "RUSSIA AS THE ENEMY" - Solely for their own objectives to dominate and control the World. British corrupt politicians would readily wage 'World War Three' - to wave their "Union Jack" flags and relive the, "Glorious Days of Empire", yet again.

AMERICAN FREEDOM -V- BRITISH INJUSTICE.

Indoctrinated as the British are by a rotten and corrupt press and media, always asserting how Britain is ruled by a wonderful Queen; and, that Britain is a wonderful DEMOCRACY; the British today watching the U.S. Presidential Inauguration, would not have realized the true significance of that event.

 

That, which was taking place in America today, was the ordinary AMERICAN PEOPLE selecting, choosing, and, electing their PRESIDENT. Electing, the leader of their country; to lead them for the next four years.

 

WE, in Great Britain, have no such right at all. We cannot choose or elect our leader. We are not classified as “Freeborn”, “HUMAN BEINGS”. All, born to the shores of Great Britain are classified, in law, as being mere, “SUBJECTS OF THE BRITISH CROWN”. Where, we have no identity whatsoever; and, no protection of law.

Without even asking for our consent; We are bound in imposed wicked ‘subjugation’; bound by ‘law’ to give “Allegiance’ to a ‘Reigning Monarch’. For as long, as a Monarch shall reign.

 

But, careful examination of the origination of this ‘travesty of injustice’, reveals that the “Reigning Monarch” does not just sit on the ‘English Throne’ without obligation. Every ‘Reigning Monarch’ that sits upon that throne, is bound by the “Original Contract”, requiring, the protection of “The People”. This is fully entrenched, in British Law.

 

In the year 1688 the CONVENTION (Parliament) removed King James the Second from the throne for, “Breaking the Original Contract betwixt King and People”. In a huge debate held in the “Painted Chamber” of the House of Commons, held between both Lords and Commons, they debated the words: “Abdicate” and “The Throne is Vacant”.

The conclusion of that debate resolved, that, James the Second had broken that contract and, thereby, he had “Abdicated” the throne.

 

The “Original Contract”

“It is from those that are upon the Throne of England (when there are any such) from whom the People of England ought to receive Protection; and to whom, for that Cause, they owe the Allegiance of Subjects; but there being none now from whom they expect Regal Protection, and to whom, for that Cause they owe the Allegiance of Subjects, the Commons conceive, The Throne is Vacant."

HENRY POWLE, Speaker of the Convention (Parliament) 1688

LORD TREBY speaking of King James II and the "Breaking of the Original Contract" by him, said this,

 

 "When he doth Violate, not a law, but all the Fundamentals; What does all this speak? He therein in faith declares: "I will no more keep within my limited authority, nor hold my Kingly Office upon such Terms; This title I had by the 'Original Contract' between King and People; I renounce that, and will Assume another title to myself; that is such a title, as by which I might Act as if there was no such Law to Circumscribe my Authority."

 

The, EARL OF CLARENDON, In respect to the "Lineal Descent"; (all other "Reigning Monarchs' that would sit upon the throne); said this:

 

"The Contract is as binding upon the Successor as well as it was on the Deposed if the Successor breaks the Contract he too may be Deposed"

ELIZABETH the SECOND, HAS NOT HONOURED THAT CONTRACT THROUGHOUT HER ENTIRE REIGN. SHE HAS ALSO FREQUENTLY GRANTED THE “ROYAL ASSENT” TO CORRUPT LAW.

 ALL ACTS, BILLS, AND LAW CREATED AND PASSED BY PARLIAMENT UNDER THE ‘UNLAWFUL’ INFLUENCE, DOMINATION AND CONTROL OF THE POLITICAL PARTY WHIPS; IS CORRUPT.

 

BY, LAW; AND, BY 'PRECEDENT OF ENGLISH LAW' THEREBY; THE FIRST TIME ELIZABETH THE SECOND 'BROKE THAT CONTRACT', SHE ALSO 'ABDICATED' THAT THRONE.

THERESA MAY AND HER SPEECH RE. 'BREXIT' AND LEAVING THE EURO COMMUNITY....

The Wicked Deceit of Prime Minister,

THERESA MAY…

THERESA MAY, Prime Minister of Great Britain, today, (17th Feb 2017), in a worldwide televised speech set out her objectives for Britain leaving the European Community; commonly referred to as the E.U.

 

Just like the show-biz ‘magician' displaying all his wonderful  tricks desperately hoping that his audience will not look too closely to try and spot the 'actual' trickery involved;  THERESA MAY, in her speech today, desperately hopes that her 'trickery' will not be spotted; or, the 'manipulation' of the deceit in the speech will so fool her audience; that they won't even bother to look.

 

When, in this speech, she draws attention to her intent to leave the E.U. Including, the leaving of the jurisdiction of the EUROPEAN COURTS OF JUSTICE, as well; she refers to the fact that Britain does not have a "WRITTEN CONSTITUTION”. But, she asserts, that this is replaced with, "PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY". Here, she readily wields and employs, the greatest 'trickery' of all.

 

She mentions this virtually as a 'throw-away' line of her speech, not dwelling upon it or offering any explanation at all. Passing quickly on to the continuation of her speech; she hopes that her 'audience' will not look too closely and verify the 'trickery' that has been involved.

 

But, that 'trickery' and that calculated 'deceit' can be easily spotted by the simple exploration and examination of the words "PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY". Which she asserts is the alternative and the replacement for a, "WRITTEN CONSTITUTION”; that, the British do not have.

 

THERESA MAY, here, asserts and employs, the 'trickery' and the 'lie' - for in Great Britain today, "PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY", is not true, in any way at all. There is no such thing as, "PARLIAMENT DEMOCRACY"; because, in Great Britain the two words together conflict with each other:  PARLIAMENT, is, "The Peoples' parliament; and, DEMOCRACY, is, "The Will of the People". Yet, in the British parliament today, there is no, "DEMOCRACY" at all. "The People" are specifically excluded from all participation, in the way that ,"LAW' is created and passed, in Parliament today.

 

DEMOCRACY - is "Government and Parliament of the People; for the People; and, by the People". It is not and it never can be, Government and Parliament wholly dominated by the political parties. That is not, DEMOCRACY; that is the, "TOTALITARIAN REGIME.

 

Acts, Bills, and Motions, presented to parliament for the vote today; are wholly dominated and controlled by the diktat of the political party WHIPS; and, the WHIPS instruct 'elected' Members of Parliament on how they should vote.

 

When the WHIPS instruct elected Members of Parliament on how they should or must vote, in respect of legislation being presented to Parliament for the vote; this overrules and supplants all rightful 'influence' that might have been placed upon those Members, by the Constituents. The, ‘Constituents’ who elected those Members in the first place.

 

This, therefore, creates the "PREJUDICE OF THE PEOPLE" - which flouts and breaches the precedent of law as determined by the, "Statute in Force/Bill of Rights 1689/", in the paragraph, "The Said Rights Claimed" - This paragraph of that Bill, specifically instructs parliament, that when Parliament 'enacts' or applies any of the "Premises" of the Bill, that nothing, "Ought Prejudice the People".

 

The, "Premises" are everything written and recorded in that Bill. This, therefore establishes, that this paragraph "The Said Rights Claimed", is the overall 'authority' of the entire Bill.

 

Parliament, today is not a DEMOCRACY. In truth, reality, and by 'precedent of law', it has no 'legality' at all.

 

To even consider that this 'travesty of injustice' replaces or, is an acceptable alternative, to a "WRITTEN CONSTITUTION"; is naught but the greatest deceit of all.

 

The treacherous, THERESA MAY, here; is proven as the 'liar' and the 'manipulator' that she is. But, clever as she is, here, all her 'trickery' is vividly exposed.

 

Neither, THERESA MAY, nor any of all her ardent "LEAVE THE E.U." supporters, in the country, and, in Parliament; do not begin to understand why the British voted to join the E.U. in the first place, I voted to join the E.U. and signed up to join, because in joining I became a 'CITIZEN' of the EUROPEAN COMMUNITY. This provided me with the 'protection' of LAW; which my own country wickedly denies. Being a 'CITIZEN' of EUROPE, I was, and, I am protected, by the "European Court of Justice" and the "EUROPEAN HUMAN RIGHTS ACT".

 

This protection of true CITIZENSHIP provides my protection by EUROPEAN LAW. Whereas, in my country, under the 'tyranny' of the imposed classification, in law, of being a mere, “SUBJECT OF THE CROWN"; bound in ‘subjugation’ for as long as a Monarch shall reign; I am denied, all protection of law whatsoever.

 

MONARCHY, JUDICIARY, PARLIAMENT, GOVERNMENT; and the entire ESTABLISHMENT of my country, does not provide me with any protection of law at all. I have no access to, a "Written Constitution" or, a proper "Bill of Rights"; or, access to a "Supreme Court of Law" where it is possible, to test, question, or challenge, the 'abuses' and the 'prejudice' of Parliament from within law. The, "Reigning Monarch", sitting upon the 'English' throne charged with the duty and responsibility of honouring the "ORIGINAL CONTRACT", which provides and requires, my protection; doesn't provide any "Protection" at all. ELIZABETH THE SECOND has not honoured that contract throughout her entire reign; and, she has frequently granted the "Royal Assent" to corrupt law. Dominated and controlled, by the political party WHIPS.

 

In consequence, I am a dedicated, INTERNATIONALIST, a preferred EUROPEAN; far more than I am British. Because, my country provides no "PROTECTION OF LAW" at all.

 

This is the real reason the corrupt in the British Parliament want to leave the E. U. They loathe the very concept that EURO LAW provides us 'common people' with that 'protection'; that, they, repeatedly and consistently deny. THEY WANT TO ABOLISH THE PROTECTION OF ‘THE PEOPLE' BY THE EURO COURT; because they want the total domination and control of all "The British Common People"; without any 'protection' of law, at all.

 

Without, the protection of the EURO COURTS, the common people of Great Britain are wholly at the domination and control; and, at the mercy, of a totally, TOTALITARIAN REGIME.

The Myth,

Tory government and many Members of Parliament continually assert,

 

“We must have the Nuclear Weapon to 'deter' all Nuclear Missile attacks against our country"

 

The government, accordingly, is quite prepared to wickedly earmark, 200 Billion Pounds of taxpayer’s money, to completely restore and renew the 'Trident Nuclear Missile System”, including, the building of four new nuclear submarines'; to combat, this merely, 'alleged', threat.

 

So, the first obvious priority question that must be asked is, precisely who, which country on planet earth, is the actual, ENEMY, that poses this threat?

 

And, the second priority question that must be asked is; precisely this, in having this nuclear weapon; how will it 'deter' such an attack?

 

WHO IS THE ENEMY?

 

It cannot be RUSSIA, because RUSSIA has never ever threatened this country. RUSSIA was our greatest 'ally' in the defeat of HITLER and NAZI GERMANY; and, if it had not been, for the great sacrifice of millions of dead RUSSIANS who gave their lives into fighting and driving the German military all the way from Moscow to Berlin; WORLD WAR TWO, could never have been won.

RUSSIA poses no threat to this country at all. RUSSIA has been forced into having nuclear weapons to 'retaliate' in kind; if ever AMERICA, GREAT BRITAIN, and NATO ever carries out the attack on RUSSIA that they constantly threaten to do. They 'ring' RUSSIA, with nuclear missiles, aimed at virtually every RUSSIAN CITY; installed, in countries throughout Europe and the Baltic. Then, they expect RUSSIA to tolerate this provocation, without any response or retaliation.

 

The, WEST, has never learnt the 'lesson' that, wily and highly intelligent KRUSCHEV, taught PRESIDENT KENNEDY at the Paris Summit Conference.

 

KENNEDY, seeking to dominate, complained about the 'expansion' of COMMUNISM in the wold; and, he tried to cast the blame for that 'expansion' on RUSSIA. Trying, to intimidate, KRUSCHEV, into putting a brake, on that expansion. But, the highly intelligent KRUSCHEV, then, superbly, told KENNEDY, "But, if I understand you correctly, Mr President, you wish to erect something in the way of a dam on the road of the development of the human mind. This is not possible. ideas have never been destroyed and this is proven in the whole course of human development. If you seek to destroy ideas this will inevitably lead to conflict. If, you are able, to assure, under your system, a higher standard of economic development, then victory will be with you, and we will recognise it. If, however, the socialist system assures a higher standard of economic development of industry and culture, then we will win. I am speaking now, of course, not about military victory, but victory in the plane of Ideas.". KRUSCHEV, went on to say, "Obviously, we will be glad if Communist ideas spread to other countries, just the way you would undoubtedly rejoice at the dissemination of Capitalist ideas. However, this depends exclusively on the people themselves."

 

KRUSCHEV, here, was offering fair competition and “PEACE” between American Capitalism and Soviet Communism throughout the world; no AGGRESSION or MILITARY CONFLICT at all. A clear declaration of the intent of 'PEACE', without even the hint of, WAR.

 

RUSSIA IS NOT THE ENEMY; and, it never has been. The West has purposely engineered the entire intent and fiction of WAR and, military threat of aggression; to suit its own intent and objectives: AMERICA, GREAT BRITAIN, and NATO, seeking to both dominate and control all, on planet earth.

 

So, if, RUSSIA, is not the 'Enemy? Who, or what other country? poses this 'alleged' nuclear threat? To, such an extent, that the British government, is prepared to 'waste' and ‘squander’, 200 Billion Pounds?

 

ISIS? DAISH? Fundamental Islamic Terrorism?

 

If this is the ENEMY, that the government is prepared to spend all this massive amount of money on to defend against nuclear missile attack? Spending all this money, will not 'deter', in the slightest, any such nuclear missile attack.

 

The, government, doesn't even begin to understand, what, "Islamic Fundamentalist Terrorism" is? Or, what motivates, that terrorism?

 

The important thing that both government and the security services has not yet understood, is that the "Fundamentalist Islamic Terrorist" is waging, a religious "JIHAD". This, is a, religious, WAR.

 

These Islamic terrorists, do not fear death; they welcome death; if, they are successful, in the 'waging' of "JIHAD" as predicated by the "QUR-AN"; before they die. This, instructs every Muslim, to continually harass and kill all, 'Unbelievers'.

 

In, carrying out this instruction, this, "JIHAD"; and launching nuclear missiles against Great Britain, the terrorist will kill as many 'Unbelievers" as possible; for which they expect to be rewarded with a, "Seat in Paradise", where their every want will be attended to by, 'Seven Virgins'. Thereby, providing, the very promise of, THE ISLAMIC QUR-AN.

 

The threat of dying, by being killed in a retaliatory nuclear revenge attack doesn't frighten them at all. They would welcome that death; (just as every ‘suicide bomber’ does); As, a faithful Muslim, they will have complied to the letter with their QUR-AN instruction. They would have killed many thousands of 'Unbelievers', which will entitle them to that seat in, 'Paradise'.

 

So, GREAT BRITAIN, having these 'revengeful retaliatory nuclear weapons’ doesn't 'DETER' any “Islamic Terrorist Nuclear Attack”; Or, any other attack, at all.

 

Make no mistake about it; if these fanatic hysterical JIHADISTS” ever got their hands on ‘nuclear weapons’, they would fire those ‘missiles’ at this country, without a moment’s hesitation. They, want that, “seat in paradise’, and, they don’t care a damn, about our, REVENGE.

 

Therefore, what is the point of having such NUCLEAR WEAPONS, at all?  It is utterly pointless. No one can identify the 'ENEMY'; and, having such weapons, doesn't 'DETER' anyone or anything, at all.

 

The truth why GREAT BRITAIN wants and needs the NUCLEAR WEAPON, is solely because, it provides a seat at the U.N. "NUCLEAR TABLE" – where Great Britain can wave the "Union Jack" flag and relive the "Glorious Days of Empire" -  dominating and controlling, the rest of the World. To, interfere, and, to intervene, overtly and covertly, in the 'internal affairs' of every nation on planet earth. And, to militarily, enforce, "REGIME CHANGE", upon any country and its 'leaders' that, the British government does not like. IRAQ, LIBYA, AFGHANISTAN, and, now, SYRIA, as well; as the case in point.

 

In truth and reality; Britain does not need these NUCLEAR WEAPONS at all.
