Questioning the ‘Integrity’ of Sky News….

 

SKY NEWS asserts that its ‘NEWS’ service is always serving the interests of the People; all of the People ‘viewers’ that always tune into ‘SKY NEWS’; in order to watch the ‘NEWS’ being transmitted at that time.

 

But, in the SKY NEWS recent stunt, broadcasting and mounting a petition entitled, “MAKE DEBATES HAPPEN”; to create an independent commission to manage General Election “Leadership Debates”; here is the stark vivid evidence that SKY NEWS does not serve the ‘interests’ of the People at all.

Here, SKY NEWS is wickedly trying to convince the voters in General Election, that the election is all about ‘electing’ a PRIME MINISTER and or a Political Party. Whereas in truth fact and reality a General Election is only about ‘The People’ electing a NEW PARLIAMENT. Electing, their ‘political representative’, who will faithfully represent them in that NEW PARLIAMENT.
Prime Ministers and Political Parties in General Elections are of no consequence at all.

Instead of serving the People and upholding their access to DEMOCRACY – SKY NEWS prefers to both support and uphold, the, “Totalitarian Regime” – that prevails in the country today.

 

So, let’s have a closer look at this ‘integrity’ of SKY NEWS. Let’s have a much closer look at all the “FAKE NEWS” persistently NOT transmitted, by SKY NEWS.

 

FAKE NEWS is not only the ‘invented' mischievous news about something that has not taken place at all. FAKE NEWS, is also all about, all the important and vital NEWS, of major interest and concern to the viewer; that is known by SKY NEWS; but, is specifically censored and denied publication for ‘political reasons’; or, because it is against the ‘vested interests’ and objectives, of SKY NEWS.

 

Let’s look at all these instances of the “FAKE NEWS” of SKY NEWS; that has never been given the ‘light of day’.

 

1.  Her Majesty the Queen.

SKY NEWS has repeatedly and consistently praised and supported the Queen, ELIZABETH THE SECOND, throughout all the years, she has occupied the throne.

Yet, SKY NEWS has never once reported on the fact that throughout all these years, the Queen, has never ‘once’ carried out her, DUTY.

Every ‘Reigning Monarch’ that sits upon the throne of ENGLAND; is bound by the ‘precedent of law’; to honour and comply with the “Original Contract”.

This is an unwritten contract; yet, it is fully established and entrenched in English Law.

The ‘Contract’ derives from the “Olde English Law” concept, that, “Allegiance is given to the Leige Lord for the protection of the Leige Lord”.

Each “Reigning Monarch” sitting on the ‘English’ throne is therefore required to provide the protection of all, SUBJECTS OF THE CROWN; and, the “Breaking of that Contract”; “Abdicates” the throne.

In the year 1688 the CONVENTION (parliament) removed, KING JAMES THE SECOND, from the throne for breaking this Contract. The CONVENTION charged him with, “Breaking the Original Contract Betwixt King and People”. The CONVENTION determined that thereby; he had ‘Abdicated’ the throne.

In a massive debate held in the ‘Painted Chamber’ of the House of Commons, held between both LORDs and COMMONS; they debated the words “Abdicate” and, “The Throne is now Vacant”; and, HENRY POWLE, the ‘Speaker’ of that debate, declared this,

 

“It is those upon the throne of England that the people look to for their protection and to which Cause they owe the Allegiance of Subjects but there being none now that the people can look to for that Regal protection and for which Cause they owe the Allegiance of Subjects the Commons conceive the throne is Vacant”.

 

The EARL OF CLARENDON declared,

“The Contract is as binding upon the Successor as well as it was on the Deposed if the Successor breaks the Contract he too may be Deposed”

 

ELIZABETH THE SECOND has not honoured the ‘Contract’ once; in all of the time she has occupied that throne. Persistently she has failed the provide the “SUBJECTS” protection; and, thereby, every time she has failed; she has ‘Abdicated’ the throne.

Furthermore, throughout her entire reign, she has persistently granted the “ROYAL ASSENT” to corrupt law. Every Act, Motion, or Bill, passed by parliament under the influence and instruction of the political party WHIPS, is corrupt law.
Such corruption, flouts and breaches the ‘protection of the people’ provided by the “Statute in Force/Bill of Rights 1689/The Said Rights Claimed”.

ELIZABETH THE SECOND has either granted that “ROYAL ASSENT” to corrupt law herself; or she has allowed, that it be granted ‘in her name’; by the despots and despotism dominating and controlling Monarchy today.

SKY NEWS has never ever published ‘one word’ about any of this; WHY?

Because, SKY NEWS as its priority is solidly entrenched in supporting and upholding the rotten “Establishment” existing in the country today. In preference to serving the People. SKY NEWS doesn’t care a damn about, LAW and DEMOCRACY; its priority interest is ‘upholding’ and ‘supporting’ the, “Totalitarian Regime”.

2.  SKY NEWS has never published one word about the deceit and conspiracy of the British Judiciary and their ruling that, the “Supremacy” of Parliament, may not be ‘questioned’ in the Courts; thereby, denying the People, the right to challenge Parliament from within ‘LAW’, when Parliament abuses that privilege; by causing the ‘prejudice’ of the People.Yet, “Prejudice of the People” verifies; that anyone may challenge Parliament lawfully, from ‘within law’ in the Courts; whenever Parliament “Prejudice the People”. SKY NEWS has never ever published one word about this.

3.  SKY NEWS has never ever published one word about, “The Said Rights Claimed”. This is the paragraph of the “Bill of Rights 1689” that specifically protects “The People”; from the abuse of parliament.

4.  SKY NEWS further, has never ever published one word about the ‘illegality’ and the ‘unlawful’ use of the political party WHIPS in Parliament. They, are ‘unlawful’, because when the WHIPS instruct elected Members of Parliament on how they must vote; this flouts the protection of the People, provided by the precedent of law of, “The Said Rights Claimed”.

In its “MAKE DEBATES HAPPEN” campaign attempts to manipulate General Elections. Thereby demonstrating in stark vivid detail, that it opposes DEMOCRACY; by, upholding and supporting; the Totalitarian Regime.

 

In this campaign SKY NEWS attempts to dominate and control General Elections, by distracting and diverting the ‘voters’ attention from PARLIAMENT; and, persuading the ‘voter’; that only the “Leaders of Political Parties”, is the essential criterion; for the placing of their, VOTE.

 

GENERAL ELECTIONS in Great Britain are for one purpose alone; the election of a new PARLIAMENT. When the people ‘cast their vote’ in General Elections, they do so for one purpose alone. They, choose and elect their ‘political representative’, to REPRESENT them in that new PARLIAMENT.

 

Therefore, PARLIAMENT, is the essential criterion of General Elections. Not, the ‘leaders’ of political parties. When, the People place their vote in General Elections; they, do not vote for POLITICAL PARTIES, or POLITICAL PARTY LEADERS; or for, PRIME MINISTERS.

 

They vote only; for the ‘political representative’; who will faithfully represent them, in that new PARLIAMENT.

 

SKY NEWS, however, in this wicked campaign, is demonstrating that it supports the very idea that the ‘political party’ in General Elections, is far more important than PARLIAMENT. Because, it purposely distracts the ‘voter’ to vote for a POLITICAL PARTY LEADER; in preference to, (“What the General Election is really about”), the election of a, NEW PARLIAMENT.

 

SKY NEWS in this, “MAKE DEBATES HAPPEN” campaign, demonstrates that it promotes and supports ‘Totalitarian’ governing; in preference to, DEMOCRACY;

 

THERE IS NOT THE SLIGHTEST DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE POLITICAL PARTIES IN PARLIAMENT TODAY; AND, ‘ADOLF HITLER’ AND THE ‘NAZI PARTY’ IN GERMANY; THAT CREATED THEIR OWN LAW.

THEY BOTH CREATE AND IMPOSE ‘LAW’; BY ‘COERCION’ AND ‘DIKTAT’; AND, NOT BY DEMOCRATIC CONSENT.

If, SKY NEWS is looking for a genuine campaign to help the British People and properly ‘enhance’ a TRUE DEMOCRACY; then SKY NEWS should mount a campaign to ‘highlight’ and ‘abolish’ the, POLITICAL PARTY WHIPS, in Parliament. That have no ‘legality’ at all.

When the political party WHIPS instruct their ‘elected’ Members of Parliament; on how they must vote; this overrules and supplants all ‘rightful’ influence placed upon those Members by the Constituents; this causes the “PREJUDICE OF THE PEOPLE”.

 

“PREJUDICE OF THE PEOPLE” IS WHOLLY PROSCRIBED BY THE ‘PRECEDENT OF LAW’ SET OUT IN THE, “STATUTE IN FORCE/BILL OF RIGHTS 1689/THE SAID RIGHTS CLAIMED”.

This paragraph of the “Bill of Rights” specifically instructs Parliament; that Parliament may have its, “SUPREMACY” afforded by ‘Article 9’ of the Bill; or, Parliament may ‘enact’ any of the other “PREMISES” of the Bill; but, only on the conditions, that nothing,

FOR INSTANCE, There can be no 'fire' without OXYGEN.
So why couldn't the 'scientists' come up with the 'solution' of devising the method, and, create the required device, to select a location and instantly remove all 'oxygen' from that location. Surely this would 'extinguish' the fire at once. Thereby resolving the problem.

ALL THE BRAINS OF THE SCIENTISTS - THAT HAD THE MOTIVATION AND THE INTELLIGENCE TO CREATE THE NUCLEAR BOMB; SHOULD SURELY BE ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

AMERICA SHOULD NOW, "PUT THEM TO WORK".

In the California "Wildfire" alone, hundreds of people are missing, many others are dead, huge areas of the forests and the environment including countless 'homes' are totally destroyed. the cost of rebuilding and renovation for all of this will be horrendous.

BREXIT – THE ‘CRUNCH’ TIME

 

It has always been assured by Government that the final deal negotiated with the E.U. for withdrawal from the E.U. would be put to parliament for the vote.

 

THERESA MAY has now submitted to Parliament that final deal. She insists that the deal is the best deal the Government could secure for the British People; and she declares that she has now agreed this deal with the E.U. She proclaims that there will be no ‘re-negotiation’. Nor, a “Peoples Vote” in a fresh referendum.

 

Therefore and thereby, it is now time, for that Parliament vote.

There must be no more pissing about or further delays; there must be no more verbose self-aggrandizement speeches by Members of Parliament trying to impress their constituents with how clever they are. The time has now come to, VOTE.

 

IMMEDIATELY NOW PARLIAMENT MUST DELIVER THAT VOTE.

 

PARLIAMENT MUST DECIDE IMMEDIATELY WHETHER THERESA MAY’S FINAL E.U. WITHDRAWAL DEAL IS PASSED BY PARLIAMENT OR NOT?

 

In the event that the Parliament 'Vote' rejects that deal; that will verify, that Parliament, as a whole declares; that Parliament has no confidence in THERESA MAY as Prime Minister. Whereby, both she and her Government must fall.

Her Majesty the Queen, must then order a new 'General Election' to be held.

That, “EXECUTIVE” should then present all its proposed legislation to all, THE ELECTED MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT, inside Parliament; for the FREE VOTE approval of those Members; before any Act, Motion, or Bill, can be passed by parliament and be forwarded to the “Reigning Monarch” for the, “ROYAL ASSENT”.
