“EUROPEAN UNION (NOTIFICATION OF WITHDRAWAL)
BILL"
This,
Bill when passed 'lawfully' by parliament, allows Prime Minister, THERESA MAY,
the 'legality' to 'trigger' Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty and, begin the
withdrawal process from the E.U..
Parliament
tonight has just voted and passed that Bill voting as follows:
Ayes -
498
Noes -
114
But, the
interference, intervention, and influence of the political party WHIPS
corrupted the vote; and, the WHIPS in parliament have no 'legality' at all.
The WHIPS here, instructed 'elected' Members of
Parliament on how they should or must vote on this Bill; the, "Labour
Party Whips", even issuing the instruction of a "three-line-whip"
which forced all LABOUR PARTY MEMBERS to vote "Aye" to this Bill.
The WHIPS here, in instructing and ordering Members
of Parliament to vote in this way, overruled and supplanted all rightful
influence that might have been placed upon those Members, by the constituents.
This therefore brought about the, "PREJUDICE OF THE PEOPLE", which is
wholly proscribed by the 'precedent of law' of the, "Statute in
Force/Bill of Rights 1689/The Said Rights Claimed"
Thus, this Bill, (even though being passed by
parliament) has no legality at all.
THE BILL IS WHOLLY UNLAWFUL, until such time, as parliament
passes it again; but, this time, where a FREE VOTE in parliament prevails, when
that new vote takes place.
Any that doubt the 'legality' of this assertion;
must read their history; and read correctly, the entire, "BILL OF RIGHTS
1689"
Even the entire "BRITISH JUDICIARY" has
not read and interpreted this Bill correctly; they consistently "Conspire
to pervert the course of Justice" by ruling that, "Article
9" of that Bill prevents challenge to Parliament in the Courts; when, and
by 'precedent of law' anyone and everyone may test question or challenge
Parliament in the courts; whenever parliament, "PREJUDICE THE PEOPLE"
THE POLITICAL PARTY WHIPS IN PARLIAMENT DO
"PREJUDICE THE PEOPLE"; THEREBY, THE VERY PRESENCE OF THE WHIPS IN
PARLIAMENT, HAS NO LEGALITY AT ALL.
