MARINE SERGEANT BLACKMAN -V- A CASE OF REAL INJUSTICE.

Travesty of a ‘real’ Injustice.

 

Marine Sergeant Alexander Blackman whilst on active duty in Afghanistan shot and killed a Taliban fighter. When he pulled the trigger on his weapon, entirely of his own volition, HE INTENDED TO KILL.

 

He was arrested and was rightfully charged with having 'murdered' the Taliban fighter; he was found guilty of that charge by a Courts Martial; and he was duly sentenced to 'life' in prison; but this was later commuted to serving just 'eight years'.

 

Ever since that date all the activist "PRO BRITISH" lobby has been complaining about "INJUSTICE" all asserting that he should have a much lower sentence or be set free.

 

The only justification for this is that he is, BRITISH. The ‘Pro-British’ lobby all assert that he had a mental breakdown condition at that time; but, even if that were true, it had nothing to do with, NOR CAN IT EXCUSE, Sgt Blackman ‘pulling that trigger’.

 

 

The fanatical hysterical right-wing 'Daily Mail' and, this entire pro-British brigade, can 'wave their 'Union Jack' flags and try to relive the 'Glorious Days of Empire" all over again; and, clamour from the rooftops of the alleged INJUSTICE meted out to Sgt Blackman; but they would not lift a finger to 'exonerate' a German 'Gestapo' officer who was wrongfully and wickedly hanged by the British.

 

EMIL SCHULTZ was on duty in the Gestapo office one evening when his superior officer, DR. SPANN instructed Schultz to accompany him to escort two prisoners that had been caught after escaping from custody. They all got into the car and after driving a short distance and arriving at a piece of open ground, DR SPANN ordered them all to get out of the car and 'stretch their legs' in preparation for the long drive ahead. The two prisoners were doing this, when DR SPANN shot them both in the back.

 

One of the prisoners died immediately but, the other one, was still alive but seriously injured lying on the ground. DR SPANN then ordered EMIL SCHULTZ to shoot and kill this other prisoner.

SCHULTZ remonstrated with this superior officer indicating that he did not want to do this as he thought it wasn't right to kill him; but, DR SPANN then told Schultz that the order to kill, was the direct order of, ADOLF HITLER. No one disobeyed any orders issued by any superior officer in Germany; and, certainly, no one could defy, the direct orders of HITLER.

DR SPANN then instructed SCHULTZ that if he disobeyed his order again and refused to kill the prisoner, that he would suffer court martial and be shot; and, that his family would be severely punished as well. SPANN again ordered Schultz to kill; and, this time, having no alternative but to obey that order; Schultz pulled the trigger.

 

The sheer hypocrisy:

 

Marine, SERGEANT BLACKMAN,'INTENDED TO KILL'; and, the entire pro-British lobby can scream INJUSTICE from the rooftops.

Yet, EMIL SCHULTZ, had no 'INTENTION TO KILL' whatsoever.

He was hanged due entirely to BRITISH revenge. That other prisoner was, 'Squadron Leader Roger Bushell', and he had escaped from 'STALAG LUFT III' prisoner of war camp with fifty other prisoners. Due entirely to HITLER's order to 'shoot and kill them all' and, this being carried out; all prisoners that had escaped from that camp and were shot, became 'Heroes' for the British. To kill a "British Hero" like this; therefore demanded, savage, REVENGE.

 

Yet, a few months after EMIL SCHULTZ was hanged; similar "Crimes against Humanity' committed by the Germans; were merely punished by serving a few years in prison.

 

EMIL SCHULTZ was hanged unjustly; evidence submitted at his trial established that, he did not know that the man he killed, was a prisoner of war. But, both he and his entire family are denied complete EXONERATION and COMPENSATION, for being wrongfully executed. Being found GUILTY, for this crime; actually, flouted and breached, "CRIMINAL LAW.

In, 'Criminal Law", "One can never be found guilty of the crime of MURDER if there was no intention to kill".

 

I WANT COMPLETE EXONERATION AND COMPENSATION FOR EMIL SHULTZ AND HIS FAMILY. I am not so interested in the fate of SERGEANT BLACKMAN, who clearly had the, INTENT TO KILL.
