_{Russia did not 'seize CRIMEA BY FORCE - RUSSIA secured the 'sovereignty' of CRIMEA in precisely the same way as the British claim the 'sovereignty' of the FALKLANDS. By the, INTERNATIONAL CRITERION OF 'SELF DETERMINATION' OF THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THOSE TERITORIES, themselves.}

_{The British mounted a referendum, and the people living there voted as follows:}

_{(a), they declared they were BRITISH; (b), they declared they wished to remain being BRITISH; and, (c), that they wanted to be governed by BRITAIN. - This determined in LAW that BRITAIN had the right to govern in the Falklands; however, it did not provide the BRITISH right to claim the 'ownership' of the, LAND.}

 

_CRIMEA

_{When the fascist gangsters seized the government of UKRAINE and, threatened the RUSSIAN people living in CRIMEA, a referendum was held in CRIMEA by those people living there, to determine how they should be governed. In that referendum all the people living in CRIMEA declared that vote as follows:}

 

_{(a), they determined that they were, RUSSIAN; (b), they determined that they wished to remain being, RUSSIAN; (c), they determined that they wanted their children to be taught RUSSIAN in school; and, (d), that they wanted to be governed by RUSSIA. They then pleaded with RUSSIA to 'protect' them from the threat of the gangsters now governing UKRAINE.}

 

_{THUS, BY THE INTERNATIONAL 'CRITERION' OF 'SELF DETERMINATION' RUSSIA WAS ABLE TO ASSERT AND CLAIM THE RIGHTFUL SOVEREIGNTY OF CRIMEA.}

 

_{THE WICKED IMPOSITION OF 'SANCTIONS' AGAINST RUSSIA, BY THE BRITISH FOR THE 'SPECIFIC ANNEXATION OF CRIMEA', HAD NO VALID LEGALITY AT ALL. RUSSIA SHOULD NOT ONLY PURSUE THE RECLAMATION OF ALL FINANCIAL LOSS ON ACCOUNT OF THOSE IMPOSED SANCTIONS; RUSSIA SHOULD CLAIM MASSIVE 'COMPENSATION' AS WELL.}
