For all those that think voting to leave the EU in this referendum means that we leave immediately the moment we vote "OUT" in the ballot box; they are in for a rude awakening. Constitutional Law determines otherwise. I therefore suggest before voting "OUT" they all should look at this: https://ukconstitutionallaw.org/2016/06/22/alan-renwick-the-road-to-brexit/
It could be months and even years before that objective is achieved.
