GOVERNMENT, EURO PARLIAMENT, AND NATO SAYS "RUSSIA ANNEXED CRIMEA" AND IMPOSED SANCTIONS FOR DOING SO...

DID RUSSIA ‘ANNEX’ CRIMEA?

OR, IS THERE ROOM, FOR ‘REASONABLE DOUBT’?

 

The corrupt British government, American government, NATO and, European governments, all imposed ‘specific’ sanctions upon RUSSIA, for the ‘alleged’ annexation of CRIMEA.

 

But, if it cannot be proven that RUSSIA did ‘annex’ CRMEA beyond all reasonable doubt; then those ‘sanctions’ imposed on RUSSIA have been imposed unlawfully and unjustly; and, those ‘sanctions’ MUST BE REPAID.

 

RUSSIA, in such case, should also claim massive compensation, if those ‘sanctions’ have been imposed; unlawfully.

 

DID RUSSIA ‘ANNEX’ CRIMEA?

 

NO! RUSSIA DID NOT.

 

All these anti-Russian governments and dominating NATO as mentioned above; and, all the fanatical anti-Russian slobs in both the country and, the press; in making this allegation; never had the intelligence to actually determine what the words ‘annex’ or ‘annexation’ really means. Had the bothered to consult a dictionary they would have learnt that ‘annexation’ actually means,

 

“SEIZING A TERRITORY BY FORCE”

 

RUSSIA DID NOT SEIZE CRIMEA BY FORCE.

 

RUSSIA SECURED THE TERRITORY OF CRIMEA AS BEING PART OF RUSSIA, BY THE SIMPLE INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNISED CRITERION OF ‘SELF DETERMINATION’ OF THE PEOPLE LIVING IN CRIMEA. IN, PRECISELY THE SAME WAY, AS THE BRITISH CLAIMED THE ‘SOVEREIGNTY’ Of THE FALKLAND ISLANDS.

GREAT BRITAIN held a referendum in the Falklands; in which the people living in that territory voted declaring that, (a), they were British; (b), that they wished to remain being British; and, (c), that they wished to be governed by Britain. By that simple criterion of the INTERNATIONAL LAW of ‘self determination’; Britain claimed the ‘sovereignty’ of the FALKLANDS. BRITAIN, HAS NO OTHER RIGHTFUL CLAIM TO THE OWNERSHIP OF THAT TERRITORY AT ALL.

 

CRIMEA & UKRAINE

 

When the ‘right-wing’ thugs and gangsters mounted a ‘coup-de tat’ and seized the government of UKRAINE;  the RUSSIAN speaking population of CRIMEA became very alarmed; the gangsters threatened CRIMEA and the RUSSIANS living there, threatening to even prevent the Russian language being used.

 

The people of CRIMEA then held a democratic referendum; and subsequent to that democratic vote the people had declared, (a) that they were RUSSIAN; (b), that they wished and were determined to remain being RUSSIAN, (c), that they wanted their children to be taught RUSSIAN in school, and, (d), that they sought the protection of RUSSIA, to protect them from the gangsters of UKRAINE.

 

They requested RUSSIA to make CRIMEA part and parcel of RUSSIA.

RUSSIA MERELY COMPLIED.

 

RUSSIA DID NOT ‘ANNEX’ CRIMEA AT ALL.

 

PUTIN MUST NOW RECLAIM THOSE UNJUST SANCTIONS IMPOSED.

 

THAT CHALLENGE IN INTERNATIONAL LAW WILL FORCE BOTH UK AND U.S.A GOVERNMENTS TO STOP ATTEMPTING TO DOMINATE AND CONTROL THE WORLD; AND, IT WOULD PUT A HEAVILY DAMAGED ‘SPOKE’, IN NATO’s EVER DOMINATING AND ‘INTERFERING’ WHEEL.
