THE GENDER PAY GAP….

 

Women constantly moan about how they are being paid less than the men, for doing the same job.

 

All their protests and challenging activities have proved to be worthless; and they will never secure this ‘equality’ until they finally come to their senses. There is only one way to eradicate this unjust “GENDER PAY GAP” and that is, by a direct challenge, in “LAW”.

 

Here, I will instruct you all on what you must do.

 

I have an AMAZON ECHO DEVICE where I pose questions to an imaginary person called “ALEXA”. She? Always answers the questions I pose.

 

I asked “ALEXA” to tell me how many females there are in the UK at this present time. IMMEDIATELY She? Provided the answer: 33 Million 152 thousand, last time census took place.

 

MY PROPOSAL

 

If every one of that 33 Million plus women we’re just to contribute a mere 0.50p this would produce some £16 Million Pounds for a great campaign fighting fund.

 

It would enable the campaign organisers to enlist the most expert legal brains in the U.S. and Great Britain to make a challenge in LAW, to the present, GENDER PAY GAP.

It would enable these legal experts to present the challenge, that, I here, propose.

 

First, it is necessary that LAW is properly understood.

WHAT IS LAW? This is best described and explained by the words of, LORD HAILSHAM, an ex, LORD CHANCELLOR OF ENGLAND.When he used to teach ‘students of law’, he would always tell them this:

 

“LAW is a Myth without the consent of the People, there is no LAW”

 

So, from one of the best legal brains in the country, LORD HAILSHAM tells us that “LAW” is naught but “OUR CONSENT” to live by the, “RULE OF LAW”, as alternative to Anarchy.

 

Do not be misled, into believing that “LAW”, must be obeyed. That is the ‘diktat’ of the Totalitarian Regime. We have the right of choice whether to live by “LAW”, or not.

 

But, if we do give that consent, then the “LAW” that we agree to live by, must comply with the specific criterion of, TRUTH, FREEDOM, JUSTICE, INTELLIGENCE, LOGIC, and RATIONALE. Failing to comply with this criterion, isn’t “LAW” - its merely the ‘diktat’ of Totalitarianism.

 

Thus, each person voluntarily giving the consent to live by “LAW”, they are entitled to these three specific requirements provided for their PROTECTION. They are entitled to,

A.  The right to participate in the framing of “LAW”.

B.  The right to “EQUALITY” in “LAW”

C.   The right to the, PROTECTION, of “LAW”

 

It is, (B), this right to “Equality” in “LAW”; that you must instruct the ‘legal experts’ that you commission; to present to a, COURT OF LAW, when the claim is made.
