If YOU had the opportunity to prevent WAR, would you have the courage to act?

Stopping World War Three…

 

If you were presented with the opportunity to prevent WORLD WAR TWO and the terrible atrocity of the HOLOCAUST from happening; would YOU intervene and try and stop it?

 

As an exercise, place yourself in Germany just a few days before the 23^rd March 1933; when the whole of Germany knew that on that date ADOLF HITLER would be presenting his “ENABLING LAW” to the German democratic “Reichstag” (Parliament) for approval. This law, if that parliament passed it, would create HITLER as the “Supreme Head of the German State” with the title of “FUHRER” and it would ‘enable’ him to create his own law.

 

If YOU knew that, would YOU do something to try and prevent that from happening? There was much the German people; and the German profession of LAW, ought to have done. But, they all did, NOTHING.

 

That ‘democratic’ parliament actually passed that “ENABLING LAW” by 441 votes to 94. HITLER instantly became “FUHRER” and that was the day the terrible  “THIRD REICH” was born. The entire world lived to regret the consequences.

 

So, if YOU had the opportunity to prevent all this; and what followed; would YOU have tried to intervene?

 

Well, here’s YOUR opportunity, right now.

Because, precisely what HITLER did; in creating his own law; this is precisely what is happening in Great Britain, and in the British parliament, today.

 

The only difference there is; is that whereby, HITLER had the perfect ‘legality’ for creating and imposing his own laws; because, of his “ENABLING LAW”; the British parliament has no such ‘legality’ at all. But, the possible “consequences”, are identically the same.

 

So, if you knew how and why the British Parliament was creating and passing ‘Acts’ ‘Motions’ and ‘Bills’ wholly illegally; would YOU try and stop it? – Or, would YOU, lazily and apathetically, just like the German people and the German profession of law did; do, NOTHING?

 

Rest assured that if you do NOTHING - the “consequences” eventually, will be certain to end up, by the starting of, “WORLD WAR THREE”.

 

This present ‘War” obsessed Government and  Parliament today insists that, “RUSSIA IS THE ENEMY”; and provokes RUSSIA more and more every day. Government is spending 200 Billion Pounds plus, to build four new nuclear submarines and renew the TRIDENT NUCLEAR MISSILE SYSTEM. Not for defence; which is not necessary; but solely to provoke and threaten RUSSIA.

 

Successive British governments have waged war and “Regime Change” all over the globe. Everywhere, where the British soldier has placed his boots on foreign land, has resulted in absolute disaster. IRAQ, LIBYA, AFGHANISTAN, and, now SYRIA as well. The British declared intent was to turn IRAQ and LIBYA into true DEMOCRACIES. Yet, after that horrendous war which killed thousands; IRAQ, ended up with sheer chaos, gangsterism, religious and ethnic conflicts, and, SHARIA LAW. Likewise with LIBYA as well. The many thousand of refugees now fleeing those lands are all attributable to this BRITISH, “Glorious days of Empire”, domination and intervention, in other lands.

 If this isn’t stopped soon, the “consequences” are horrendous.

 

 So, now learn how Government and Parliament are creating and passing ‘corrupt’ and ‘unlawful’ law; and then try to do what is proposed here, to try and stop it.

 

The Government and Parliaments, “ENABLING LAW”; Isn’t a LAW at all. It is the, “POLITICAL PARTY WHIPS”, In Parliament.
The WHIPS instruct elected Members of Parliament each week on how they should or, must vote, in Parliament. This ‘unlawful’ practise overrules and supplants all ‘rightful influence’ placed upon those Members, by the Constituents. Which, elected those Members in the first place. This, thereby, causes the, “PREJUDICE OF THE PEOPLE”.

 

Yet, “PREJUDICE OF THE PEOPLE”  by Parliament; is specifically proscribed by the ‘precedent of law’ set out in the, “STATUTE IN FORCE/ “BILL OF RIGHTS 1689”/ “THE SAID RIGHTS CLAIMED”.

In this paragraph, within that Bill; Parliament is specifically instructed that, parliament may apply or ‘enact’ any of the “PREMISES” of that Bill; (including, “ARTICLE 9”, which provides parliament with its “Supremacy”), but, only upon the conditions set out in, “THE SAID RIGHTS CLAIMED”

 

This paragraph, specifically instructs parliament, that when parliament ‘enacts’ any of the “PREMISES” of the Bill; that nothing, “OUGHT PREJUDICE THE PEOPLE”

“The Said Rights Claimed”:

“And they do Claime Demand and Insist upon all and singular

The Premises as their undoubted Rights and Liberties and that noe Declarations Judgements Doeings or Proceedings to the Prejudice of the People, in any of the said Premises, ought in any wise to be drawne hereafter, into Consequence or Example”
 

 The WHIPS in Parliament do “PREJUDICE THE PEOPLE” – therefore, the WHIPS in Parliament, has no ‘legality’ at all.

 

HOW TO STOP ALL THIS; AND, CREATE A TRUE DEMOCRACY:

 

16,141,242 PEOPLE VOTED TO "REMAIN" IN THE E.U. REFERENDUM. BUT, 17,410,742 VOTED TO "LEAVE". IF EVERY ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO VOTED TO REMAIN, SHOUTED AND SCREAMED, "ABOLISH THE WHIPS IN PARLIAMENT"; AND, FORCED THE JUDICIARY TO OBEY. THIS WOULD NOT ONLY STOP "BREXIT" DEAD IN ITS TRACKS. IT WOULD ALSO CREATE A TRUE DEMOCRACY.

 

IT WOULD STOP "BREXIT"; BECAUSE, IF THE "WHIPS IN PARLIAMENT" WERE DECLARED ILLEGAL - THEN THE "TRIGGERING OF ARTICLE 50 IN THE "E.U. WIHDRAWAL NOTIFICATIONS BILL" WOULD BE ILLEGAL AS WELL. BECAUSE, THE "WHIPS", INFLUENCED THAT VOTE, UNLAWFULLY, IN THAT BILL.

 

IF THE "WHIPS" ARE UNLAWFUL?
THEN THE, TRIGGERING OF "ARTICLE 50",
IS UNLAWFUL AS WELL.
